Gill, John, and the team offer you a warm welcome in the relaxed, comfortable atmosphere of The Amberwood, a former Coach House, ideally situated just off of the A35 at Walkford, near Christchurch. The pub is only a short drive away from both the New Forest, and the renowned Dorset/Hampshire coastline with it's excellent beaches, harbours, and views of the Solent and Isle of Wight. The Amberwood prides itself not only on its excellent food and wine choices, but on its traditional local pub atmosphere, serving award winning Hall & Woodhouse Real Ales and fine wines. Offering traditional home cooked food, either in the restaurant with full table service with a capacity of 80 covers, or in the comfortable and welcoming bar, both with easy level access. Regularly changing Menus and Special Boards include fresh fish dishes, and a traditional (and very popular) Sunday roast. Also available Monday – Saturday the 2-Course Lunchtime Special at a great value price of £8.50 or create your own favourite with the Pick’n’Mix Snack Menu We welcome all types of function, from buffets to formal meals, for family gatherings, or business meetings, and our catering staff will be please to discuss your requirements.
